Respondents in both the writ petitions W.P.No.10250 of 2013 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to impugned letters bearing F.10-1/2013-U-3A dated 16.01.2013; F.10-1/2013-U3A dated 21.03.2013 and quash the same and by directing the first respondent to accept petitioner's application dated 27.12.2012 for Madurai off-campus and forward the same to the second respondent and the second respondent may be directed to inspect and forward the same to the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to pass appropriate order to the petitioner.

W.P.No.10251 of 2013 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent bearing F.No.40-1/2008(CPP-1/DU) dated 30.01.2013, F.No.4010/2008/CPP-I/DU dated 13.03.2013 and quash the same and by directing the second respondent to forward the recommendation to the first respondent after due inspection of off-campus of the petitioner University at Chennai, Kumbakonam, Tiruchirappalli and Puducherry to the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to pass appropriate order of ex-post facto approval of the off-campuses of above places of the petitioner.
