C O M M O N J U D G M E N T [Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.] These Original Side Appeals have been filed to set aside the order dated 18.12.2020 passed in O.A.Nos.570 to 572 of 2020 in C.S.No.303 of 2020 on the file of this Court.

2.When these Original Side Appeals were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that subsequent to the filing of these Original Side Appeals, the main Suit in C.S.No.303 of 2020 itself was withdrawn on 04.02.2022 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.

3.Recording the above submission, these Original Side Appeals are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
