These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 747 days in filing the LR application in the Second Appeal No.203 of 2019, to set aside the abatement due to death of 1st respondent viz., Pachiappan and to bring the respondents 2 to 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent herein on record in the above Second Appeal.

2. Notice to the respondents 2 to 4 have been served 05.02.2024 and affidavit of service has been filed. There is no representation on behalf of the proposed respondents

3. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the applications and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
