This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27454 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Selaiyur Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27454 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
