This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2019 and investigate in the manner known to law by invoking the inherent jurisdiction U/s. 482 of CrPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2019, preliminary enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 09.01.2020.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not at all examined and he was not informed about the closure of the petitioner's complaint.

5. Recording the abovesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to send intimation with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
