C.M.P.Nos.3269 and 3272 of 2024 in S.A.No.535 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition in C.M.P.No.3269 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement due to death of appellant viz.,Palanisamy in S.A.No.535 of 2021 and petition in C.M.P.No.3272 of 2024 is filed to bring the petitioners 1 to 5 herein as the legal heir of the deceased appellant on record in the second appeal in S.A.No.535 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
