Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week on every monday at 10.30 am untill further orders by this Hon`ble court in the order dated 03.03.2020 made in Crl MP.No.2842 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.26332 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that enquriy was conducted by the respondent police and after enquiry the FIR was closed.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no necessity for the petitioner to appear before the respondent police. Hence, this petition is closed.
