This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint 01.10.2019 in C.S.R.No.26 of 2019 in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.26 of 2019 was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 24.10.2019.
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
