This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.38 of 2015, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, a final report was filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.179 of 2015. The case has ended in acquittal on 29.06.2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ariyalur.
