This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued in S.T.C.No.1249 of 2013 against the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that subsequently, the bailable warrant was recalled. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
