..Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his order No.41368/J1/2012 dated 5.11.2012 insofar as the petitioner is concerned relating to the non-approval of the admission of the petitioners to the first year B.E. Degree course from the year 2012-13 in the 5th respondent college, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to approve the admission of the petitioners in their respective engineering courses and permit them to complete their course.
