CMP.No.417 of 2015 has been filed to condone the delay of 2030 days in filing the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant, CMP.No.418 of 2015 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant and CMP.No.419 of 2015 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant in the main second appeal.

2. All the respondents have been duly served. As directed by this Court on 18.06.2021, the Appellant has effected substituted service by effecting paper publication as regards service on R2. The name of the second respondent has also been printed in the cause list today.

3. This court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.
