/ 2 / court for hearing the court made the following order: Ms.Umamaheswari Ganesh, learned counsel for applicant submits that an inadvertent error had crept in in computing the time frame as the reckoning date has been taken erroneously, inadvertent though.

Saying so, learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the instant application, but made a plea that the rights of the applicant may please be preserved to file a similar application with the same prayer by computing the period correctly and by taking the correct reckoning date in accordance with the statute and has made a suitable endorsement in the case file.

3. Request is acceded to.

4. Instant application is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit, preserving the rights of the applicant in the aforesaid manner.
