ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner has entered into an agreement with the opposite party for the purchase of her land for a total consideration of Rs.24 lakhs and thereafter the opposite party has sold the land to the someone else. In such case, the petitioner has to work out his remedy before the Civil Court for breech of agreement. Hence, no direction can be issued to the first respondent police to register a case.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
