This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish copy of the R.C.Book of the Vehicle, driving license of the driver and the vehicle insurance details of the said vehicle involved in the accident bearing Registration No.TN18 J 7148 TATA 407 VAN involved in Cr.No.469/PH2/2015. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has already been considered by the respondent and all the documents were already sent by post to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is Closed.
