This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30185 of 2022 on 07.12.2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of two months

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months.
