ORDER

The petitioner has approached the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer with his application dated 23.11.2020 for cancellation of patta.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for respondents 1 and 2 and submitted on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m. on 02.02.2021 at the office of the first respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
