ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking to quash the records in Crime No.08/2015, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the records.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner herein has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.27399 of 2018 seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.356 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.VI, Coimbatore, and obtained an order of stay. The said C.C.No.356 of 2016 is outcome of investigation in Crime No.8 of 2015 which is under challenge.

In view of the fact that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
