ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30537 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Inspector of Police, Karaikal Town Police Station, everyday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limits of the 1/3

respondent police, until further orders.

Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30537 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, however, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police, until further orders.
