O R D E R

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.537 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif Court, Alandur for a mandatory injunction. In the above said suit, an application in I.A.No.545 of 2017 has been filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to inspect suit property and submit a report.

2. In the said application, the respondent has filed counter affidavit and posted for enquiry on 17.07.2017. Thereafter, the same has been adjourned from time to time for evidence of the petitioner, petitioner side evidence was concluded on 09.08.2017 and posted for argument of the respondent side and thereafter, again adjourned from time to time for arguments.

3. By considering the above said facts and the contentions of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the I.A.No.545 of 2017 in O.S.No.537 of 2016 on or before 28.04.2018. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
