The relief sought for in the writ petition is to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 167/2023, dated 22.12.2023 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made endorsement to that effect.
