Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2022 and to appoint one of the villager to carry out the renovation of Muthalaaman Temple, Villai Village, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District and celebrate the kumbabishegam on Masi Magham in a peaceful manner as per order dated 09.06.2022.
