JUDGMENT
This appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court II, Ranipet) passed in L.A.O.P. No. 144 of 2002, dated 30.06.2003.
2. Though this matter was adjourned earlier for taking steps, no steps have been taken so far. It is reported that the sole respondent died long back in the year 2012. Despite several opportunities being given to the learned Special Government Pleader for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, he is unable to get proper instructions regarding the identity of the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. In such circumstance, this Court is not inclined to keep the case pending further.
