Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent not to collect the third year fees from the petitioner's son R.Rajendran based upon the G.O.Ms.No.92 dated 11.09.2012 and allow the petitioner's son R.Rajendran to continue and complete the Diploma in Mechanic Course.
