ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.101/2015. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that there is a dispute between the parties with respect to the joint family property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hence, a positive direction cannot be given to the second respondent police to register the FIR.
4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
