..Respondent/Defendant This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 176 days in paying the Court Fee and permit the Petitioner to pay the Court Fee of Rs.51,525/- (Rupees fifty One Thousand Five https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Hundered and Twenty Five only).

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application is filed to condone the delay of 176 days in paying the Court Fee and to permit the petitioner to pay the Court Fee of Rs.51,525/-.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was unable to pay the Court Fee on account of the fact that she is 70 years old and dependent upon the house rent and financial assistance from her daughters and sons-in-law. Therefore, the Court Fee amount could not be paid earlier.

4. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of this application, I find that the applicant has made out sufficient cause to condone the delay in paying the Court Fee. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay of 176 days in paying the Court Fee is condoned.
