3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation completed and charge sheet also filed on 27.02.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem, but so far the case was not taken on file.

4. Recording the abovesaid submission, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
