Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner as Grade II Female Warder from the date of her original appointment, i.e., 25.09.2002, in light of the orders by this Court W.P.No.7880 of 2018 dated 10.08.2022, together with all consequential service and monetary benefits, within a time-frame. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner as Grade II Female Warder from the date of her original appointment, i.e., 25.09.2002, in the light of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court W.P.Nos.7880 of 2018 dated 10.08.2022, together with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
