Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to cancel the Illegal documents in pursuance of the proceedings of the Inspector of police, Land Grabbing Special Cell, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District in No.C.No.1865/DSP/ALGSC/11 dated 19.05.2012 where the impersonation and Fraud took place. O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "to direct the 2nd respondent herein to cancel the Illegal documents in pursuance of the proceedings of the Inspector of police, Land Grabbing Special Cell, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District in No.C.No.1865/DSP/ALGSC/11 dated 19.5.2012 where the impersonation and Fraud took place."

2. Heard the counsels on either side and perused the records.

3. Taking note of the fact that the authorities, after investigation, have found the entire documents (i.e. document nos.372/1984, 39/1985 and 70/1985) to be a product of fraud and impersonation, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to make entries/remarks in the encumbrance certificate against the document nos.372/1984, 39/1985 and 70/1985 stating that these documents have been created by fraud and impersonation and shall not entertain any further document from the persons named in the above documents. No costs. 2/4
