Promotion-FA to CA/2018 dt: .11.2018 and the Memo No.6027/EE/O&M/Adm/A2/FCA Reposting/2018 dated 29.11.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and thereby direct the respondents to restore the petitioner to TANGEDCO, Arani(O&M) division.
