This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the FIR registered in Crime No.501 of 2012 from the file of the first 1/3
respondent and to quash the same.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendancy of this petition, investigation in Crime No.501 of 2012 was completed and the first respondent filed charge sheet before the Special Court to deal with the C.C.B. and C.B.C.I.D. Cases and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.4907 of 2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
