ORDER

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 07.03.2018 made by the petitioner in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.03.2018, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 08.04.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
