This application has been filed by the applicant, seeking a direction to the respondent to furnish the security for Rs.49,437/- or in the event of default to attach the movables through District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiur mentioned in the schedule of property pending initiation and disposal of the arbitral proceeding and till the enforcement/execution of the award should not be passed.

2. Today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. It is also not brought to the notice of this Court whether the proceedings for arbitration have been initiated. In the absence of those particulars, this Court is not inclined to pass any order and keeping this application pending unnecessary for years together. Hence, this application is closed.
