Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the admission of 10 students (Listed in the Annexure) who have been admitted for the academic year 2010-11 in the petitioner institution in the first year D.T.Ed course and consequently permit them to write their first year D.T.Ed practical examinations which is commencing from 27.04.2011 onwards and the subsequent theory examinations and consequently publish their results therein.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the admission of 10 students (Listed in the Annexure) who have been admitted for the academic year 2010-11 in the petitioner institution in the first year D.T.Ed course and consequently permit them to write their first year D.T.Ed Practical Examinations which is commencing from 27.04.2011 onwards and the subsequent theory Examinations and consequently publish their results therein.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that considering the bright future of the students, the department has taken decision to publish the results of the petitioner's institution for the academic year 2010 to 2011 and 2011 to 2012.
3. By accepting the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this court is inclined to direct the second respondent, viz., the Director of Examinations to publish the results of the petitioner's institution for the academic year 2010 - 2011 and 2011 - 2012 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
