The Review Application is filed to review the final order dated dated 04.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.21438 of 2016

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 04.08.2022 in W.P.No.21438 of 2016, had granted liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application for issuance of patta subject to the outcome of the suit in O.S.No.230 of 2012, however, the suit itself was dismissed on 27.11.2015.

3. Recording the above submission, the Review Application stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
