COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records relating to C.C.Nos.734, 735, 736 & 737 of 2015, respectively, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore, Chennai and quash the summons issued against the petitioners.

COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to quash the complaint against the petitioners/Accused 1 to 8 in C.C.Nos.734, 735, 736 and 737 of 2015, respectively, pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore, Chennai.
2. Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that all the four cases, which were earlier pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore, Chennai, have been transferred and presently pending before the Magistrate Page No.3 of 6
Court at New Delhi in Court No.436, Metropolitan Magistrate in C.C.Nos.1530, 1531, 1532 and 1533 of 2017, respectively and the cases are thereafter being adjudicated before the concerned Court at New Delhi. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petitions.
3. Recording the above said submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
