This petition has been filed to investigate and register a case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner to the second respondent dated 15.04.2016.

2.It is seen that the complaint was made in the year 2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
