The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, praying to set aside the order passed in CMA No.6 of 1988 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankari confirming the order passed in REA No.131 of 1981 in REP No.192 of 1981 in O.S.No.125 of 1965 on the filed of the District Munsif, Tiruchengode.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order passed in CMA No.6 of 1988 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankari confirming the order passed in REA No.131 of 1981 in REP No.192 of 1981 in O.S.No.125 of 1965 on the filed of the District Munsif, Tiruchengode.

2. The first respondent who is the decree holder, died. Thereafter, a petition to implead Legal Representatives of the deceased/first respondent, was dismissed for not taking steps.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. It is made clear that the first respondent is the interested party and the second respondent is only a formal party. No costs.
