O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 04.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30298 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that investigation was completed and a final report was filed.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. 09.01.2025 rpp To
