This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 09.09.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has challenged the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruttani, dated 12.02.2021 vide Na.Ka.No.1342/2019/A2.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2019 has already been considered by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruttani, and the petitioner preferred the appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
