C O M M O N O R D E R These revision petitions have been filed against the order dated 27.07.2017 made in C.M.P.Nos.4819, 4698, 4421 and 4697 of 2016 respectively in C.C.No.130 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, after some arguments, has submitted that he would withdraw the revision cases itself and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and also taken into account the endorsement he has made to that effect, these Criminal Revision cases are dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the same, the Stay already granted by this Court is vacated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
