This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11413 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1039 of 2024 by order dated 23/9/2024.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court in January.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11413 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1039 of 2024 dated 23/9/2024, as follows:- The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day of January, April, July and October, at 10.30 a.m. Since the petitioner has appeared in January, he may comply with the above condition from April. All other conditions remain unaltered.
