This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the S.C.No.34 of 2013 from the file of the District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai to any other Court nearest to the Districts of Vellore or Kancheepuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The Petitioner is facing prosecution in S.C.No.34 of 2013 before the District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai for the offences under Sections 364, 302 and 392 of IPC. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the prosecution are not examining the witnesses and had deliberately delaying the conduct of trial.

4.Today Mr.R.Subramani, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Melchengam Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that the case is posted for trial today and that, so far prosecution have been examined 8 witnessess and today, the Inspector of Police is to be examined.

5.In the opinion of this Court, the reason given in the petition cannot be a ground for transfer of the trial. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.34 of 2013 within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, provided there is no any other legal impeadment.
