O R D E R

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the detenue, namely, Santhiya, daughter of V.Srinivasan, aged about 15 years, before this Court, and to set her at liberty.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

At this stage of the hearing of the matter, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent, has submitted that the detenue had been secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri, on 11.11.2015, and that she had been set at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In such circumstances, we find it appropriate to close the Habeas Corpus Petition, as no further orders are necessary. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
