This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant extension of time for 2 weeks to comply the order of this Court, dated 30.05.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.13829 of 2019.

2.Earlier, the petitioner has moved a petition along with two others in Crl.O.P.No.13829 of 2019. This Court, by order, dated 30.05.2019 had disposed the same with certain directions.

3.Morning, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel. Hence, the matter is passed over. At about 02.30 p.m., again the matter is taken up for hearing, at that time also, no representation for the petitioner.

4.A perusal of the records, it could be seen that initially the order in Crl.O.P.No.13829 of 2019 came to be passed on 30.05.2019. The petition for extension of time was filed on 04.01.2021 and again, it has been represented on 24.03.2021. Hence, there have been inordinate delay. Further, no representation for the petitioner shows that he has got no inclination to proceed with the case.

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
