This application is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first defendant as defendants 13 to 17 in the above suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered.

3. The plaintiffs are at liberty to carry out consolidated amendments in the plaint consequent to allowing of Applications in A.Nos.5374 to 5377 of 2010 in C.S. No.743 of 1998 and file an amendment copy of the same within a week.

4. List the matter on 31.03.2023.
