Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take
appropriate legal action based on the petitioner representation dated 09.08.2018 to remove the encroachment in Survey No.49/B1 to an extent of 1 Acre Government poramboke vacant land and general pathway of Puliyur Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kanchipuram by Durai, son of Sapabathi, Anbazhagan, son of Durai within time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.A.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5.
2. The encroachment is alleged on Meikal land.
3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the issuance of notice under Section 7, an order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 is passed against the encroachers of the said Meikal land.
4. In case the order passed under Section 6 of the Act of 1905, for the removal of encroachment is not executed, the authorities would execute the same expeditiously.
5. In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
