The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and file a 1/4

final report in Crime No.12 of 2025 before the jurisdictional Court within a time frame.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 2nd respondent police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of four months.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondents police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.12 of 2025 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
