ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the first information report in Crime No.381 of 1/4

2022 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID Erode or some other investigation agency.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode and the case is now pending in C.C.No.331 of 2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the matter stands posted for hearing on 23.01.2024 before the Trial Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
