The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a mandamus forbearing the first respondent from issuing notification or proceeding with the process with regard to the election of the second respondent Samaj for the year 2015-2018 till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.4667/2012 pending on the file of the City Civil Court.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
